Therefore, to ensure our service meets this high expectation, we’ve designed the task list to ensure both you and our team continue these standards.

Also, when the list is combined with our pricing guide, it will offer you a high level of personalization and efficiency from our service, providing you with total satisfaction and value for money.

Completion of the list, dependant on the size of the office and not allowing for indicated specific tasks/requirements, will require a 2-hour time slot. However, if you wish to spread the more time-consuming tasks over the regular cleaning schedule, you can use this as a guide to prepare a more personalised list of requirements for each visit.

*Cleaning Tasks marked with Asterisk can take longer to perform because it may require additional time or team members. If you are unsure of how much time to allocate when such tasks are required, then give us a call and we will guide you on your requirements. Also, deeper cleaning of walls, ceilings, carpets, certain items of furniture and certain appliances, may need more specialised or specific treatment.  We can advise you on your requirements during booking.

Tasks List for General Office Cleaning.

Entrance / Reception area

  • Reception counters cleaned, sanitised, dusted and polished.
  • Pictures and artwork dusted.
  • Glass surfaces cleaned and polished.
  • Phones and computers wiped down and sanitised.
  • Tables and surfaces sanitised, dusted and polished.
  • Carpets, mats and flooring vacuumed and mopped where required.
  • Rubbish bins emptied.
  • Windowsills and frames wiped down and dusted. * (Where they are within reach. For larger windows additional time or team members may be required.)
  • Internal window glass cleaned. * (Where they are within reach. For larger windows additional time or team members may be required.)

 Office areas

  • Desks cleaned sanitised and dusted.
  • Carpets, mats and flooring vacuumed and mopped where required.
  • Filing cabinets wiped and sanitised.
  • Phones and computers wiped down and sanitised.
  • Glass surfaces cleaned and polished.
  • Bookcases/book spines dusted.
  • Pictures and artwork dusted.
  • Light fixtures dusted.
  • Rubbish bins emptied.
  • Windowsills and frames wiped down and dusted. * (Where they are within reach. For larger windows additional time or team members may be required.)
  • Internal window glass cleaned. * (Where they are within reach. For larger windows additional time or team members may be required.)

Kitchen

  • All tops and surfaces cleaned and sanitized.
  • Tables, benches and chairs wiped down and sanitised.
  • Kitchen cabinets wiped down and sanitised.
  • Clean and sanitize the sink, removing lime scale deposits where possible.
  • Fridges wiped out, cleaned and sanitized.
  • The outer surfaces of any water boiler or kettle wiped down and sanitized. * (Descaling of these will require additional attention and time.)
  • Ovens and hob tops cleaned and polished. * (If there is a build-up of residue, or the oven needs to be pulled out, to gain access to those hard-to-reach areas, extra time may be required for deeper cleaning.)
  • Clean and sanitize the microwave inside and out, removing stains, residue and marks where possible.
  • Cooker extract hoods cleaned and polished. * (Build-up of grease in the filters may require extra time for degreasing.)
  • Carpets, mats and flooring vacuumed and mopped where required.
  • Steam cleaning of tiles and floors can be arranged. * (charged extra)
  • Rubbish and re-cycling bins emptied.

 Toilets / Washrooms

  • Toilets cleaned and sanitized
  • Mirrors polished
  • Counter tops cleaned and sanitized
  • Soap and towel dispensers wiped down
  • Floors mopped
  • Rubbish bin emptied
  • Sinks cleaned and taps shined
  • Clean and sanitize toilets and sinks, treating and removing limescale build up where possible. Taps and fixtures polished where required.
  • Clean and sanitize wall tiles. * (Extra time is required if treatment of grouting is performed to remove staining and lime scale.)
  • Polish mirrors and glass surfaces.
  • All tops and surfaces cleaned and sanitized.
  • The external of soap and hand towel dispensers wiped down and sanitized.
  • Carpets, mats and flooring vacuumed and mopped where required.
  • Rubbish bins emptied.
