So your staffing and hygiene requirements will be matched to the task. Our packages are structured to meet the staffing, equipment and consumables requirements needed. The result gives a clean, comfortable and inspiring environment.
In addition Orbital Cleaning is a fair wage employer and will match and maintain the best staff for each contract. To do this we use a standard services charge to enable a standard rate of pay for our operatives. Consequently, you receive the services of staff who know you and also the needs of your site.
Prices for regular cleaning packages.
The chargeable rate for one of our operatives on our standard commercial cleaning service is £15.00 per hour. This rate covers regular office cleaning, cleaning of commercial premises and provision of janitorial services.
Overnight or large equipment operator services are charged at £16.00 per hour.
Where services require more specialist requirements, such as driving larger machinery, the rate will be discussed at time of booking. This will ensure we can deliver appropriately trained staff and rates.
Rate prices given are inclusive of insurance and a minimum service term of 3 months normally applies.
Services will be invoiced fortnightly.
Responsibility for the provision of cleaning equipment and materials can be discussed and arranged at time of booking.
Limitations on scope may apply on commercial premises cleaning.
