Our domestic cleaning services cover both your regular domestic cleaning needs or one off cleans, such as end of tenancy.
In addition Orbital Cleaning is a fair wage employer and will match and maintain the best staff for each contract. To do this we use a standard services charge to enable a standard rate of pay for our operatives. Consequently, you receive the services of staff who know you and also the needs of your property.

Regular domestic cleaning
The chargeable rate for one of our domestic cleaners on our standard cleaning service is £15.00 per hour.
Where services require more specialist requirements, such as deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, the rate will be discussed at time of booking. This will ensure we can deliver appropriately trained staff and rates.
To ensure you get the service you want, we have developed our domestic cleaning task list. Using this you can plan the specific requirements you need.
The prices quoted include cleaning materials, equipment and insurance. A minimum term of 2 months normally applies.
Services will be invoiced fortnightly.

Total prices are inclusive of insurance, a team of professional cleaners and all materials and equipment required for the job.
There is a minimum time requirement for the type and size of the property.
The above quotations are based upon a standard configuration of the given number of bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living area and 1 dining area. If you have additional bathrooms/toilets, kitchens, sitting areas, study rooms, dining rooms, conservatory and extra rooms, the price will differ.
All prices quoted above are for standard size properties. The prices are subject to change depending on the condition of the property and the task to be carried out.
